I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet despite facing a main road, but were missing some toiletries. They had a safe which was convenient for our paperwork and offered plenty of space for our family of four. The service was friendly, although I didn't catch the name of the staff. The location was great for walking to nearby attractions. The dining experience was okay for a quick snack, with outside seating to enjoy the city waking up.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, despite being spacious for my family of four, were already a bit dated with some stains in the bathroom. The noise from the breakfast room made it impossible to sleep, which was a major downside. On the bright side, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, moving us to a room with a wonderful view. The location was excellent for public transport and sightseeing, being close to major attractions. However, the dining experience was shocking, marked as the poorest I have ever experienced in a hotel.

The motel offers spacious rooms that were a bit cold compared to others in the area, but had comfy beds with clean sheets, making it very big and suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. The service was top-notch, especially for parking, and the staff were really helpful and considerate. The location was excellent, just a short bus ride away from Fisherman's Wharf and close to North Beach.
